Preparing for birth is about more than packing a hospital bag..... it's about feeling informed, confident, and empowered as you enter one of life's biggest transitions. 

My goal is to help families replace fear with knowledge, confidence, and peace as they prepare to welcome their baby. These classes are being thoughtfully designed to provide evidence-based information in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. Whether you're a first-time parent or preparing for another birth, you'll gain practical tools to help you make informed decisions and approach labor, birth, and postpartum with confidence.

These will be held in Greensboro, North Carolina!
