The Birth Experience
This package offers continuous, compassionate support through pregnancy, labor, and the early postpartum period.
It includes two detailed prenatal visits where we get to know one another, explore your birth preferences, create a personalized birth plan, and walk through comfort measures to prepare you for labor.

✔ Prenatal Visits (2): Two in-depth sessions to get to know you, understand your birth preferences, create a birth plan, and visit comfort measures for labor.
✔ Always Here for You: Around-the-clock phone and email support throughout your pregnancy—for questions, reassurance, or simply a listening ear.
✔ Labor Support: Full, hands-on support from the moment you call until 1-2 hours after birth.
✔ Labor Photos (Optional): Candid, meaningful moments captured during labor and birth—only if you wish.
✔ Ongoing Support: Emotional and informational support via phone for six weeks postpartum.
✔ Postpartum Visit: One in-home visit once you're settled, complete with a nourishing, home-cooked meal and help you may need.

This package offers continuous support through pregnancy and labor. Throughout your pregnancy, I provide guidance and evidence-based information to help you feel confident and supported along with the creation of your birth plan
We’ll stay connected as you prepare for birth and I'll provide hands on support during it all.

The Planner
Together, we’ll design a plan that reflects your wishes and helps you feel prepared for your baby’s arrival. As well as providing evidence based information to support your wishes.
We'll also talk about how you can advocate for yourself to make sure your wishes are honored.
One 2 hour Visit that we'll go over:

✔ Labor Environment– lighting, music, movement, comfort items
✔ Comfort Measures – natural coping tools & medical pain relief options
✔ Interventions – preferences around induction, monitoring, and procedures
✔ Delivery Preferences – positions, delayed cord clamping, skin-to-skin
✔ Cesarean Options – gentle/family-centered choices if needed
✔ Newborn Care – feeding, bonding, and medical care preferences
✔ Postpartum Wishes – immediate recovery, golden hour, visitors
